When it comes to bodily harm, wrongful death, property damage, or any other costs resulting from such actions, NSV Trip will not be held responsible. This includes any displays, deserts, omissions, claims, affirmations, encroachments, or carelessness on the part of another travel service provider. In the event of any blunder, suspension, overbooking, attack, or other reason beyond immediate control, NSV Trip shall not be liable for and shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or actions by any government or authority.
